My Personality

As I was watching the videos and reading the power point, I really felt that I really didn't know what my personality was so I decided to take a personality color test. I have a golden personality. I looked into why I have that personality. What I found about the characteristics of the color gold personality really fit with what others have said about my personality. I found that its rare for people to have this kind of personality.  People who have this personality tend to take leadership in any situation that they are faced with. They have too many spreadsheets to keep up with and they have many different lists for any given thing, for example, they will have a list to keep up with all of their lists they have made. Personalities always differ but all can work together in some way, shape, or form. The Brain and its Behavior

As I was looking over all the Ted talks that we were asked to watch and the one that really stuck out to me was the video that  Mehdi Ordikhani-Seyedlar did over how ADHD and how it affect the human brain. I found it really interesting considering the circumstances that my family was put in with my little brother   When my brother was 5 we started to notice that something wasn't right. He was slower to develop some of the basic skills that all the other 5 year olds could do such as writing and just comprehending what was going on during the school day. I was only 11 when this started to make itself known that something just wasn't right.

About My Interest in Psychology

The field of Psychology that peak my interest is the Health Psychology because in this field of study they focus on the  how behavior, biology and social context influence illness and health. on average the psychologists as of May 2015, the median annual salary for clinical, counseling and school psychologists was $70,580 per year. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median annual salaries earned by psychologists in various professions ranged from between $59,910 to $94,590. While a doctorate degree is usually required in order to become a licensed health psychologist, there are some employment opportunities for those with a bachelor's degree or master's degree. Employment at the bachelor's level is limited, but some find work in community mental health offices or correctional facilities.      Hi, my name is Alayna Rogoski and I am a Freshman here at Hardin-Simmons. I am 18 years old. I come from a family that has always lived in a little town called Lipan. There is only 435 people that live inside the city limits. My Great-Grandmother has a street named after her. I am the oldest of 2 children. My little brother William is a 6th grader at Lipan. I really enjoy watching Netflix, being a mom to my 2 adorable doggies, my friends, hanging out with my family. My favorite show on Netflix is Grey’s Anatomy and One Tree Hill. I have 2 dogs, a husky named Sasha and a Pomeranian named Phoebe.   I showed goats for 10 years and I am the oldest child in my family. my New Years resolution was to get all A's this semester and to make new friends that have the same values as me. If I had to choose an animal to be it would be a giraffe because they stand taller than any other animal.
